El espacio:
Every room has an ocean view. One-of-a-kind art and handmade furniture crafted by local artisans. Ceiling fans as well as air conditioning so you can always keep cool. The wraparound upstairs balcony deck and downstairs foyer are both screened in, offering spacious, indoor/outdoor living plus perfect places for yoga and hammock naps.

Master bedroom has plenty of closet and cabinet space, along with a comfortable orthopedic mattress. Two additional rooms double as offices or bedrooms (please note that the second bed is a comfortable queen-sized air mattress). The two bathrooms feature huge walk-in showers with handheld sprays, plus rain shower ceiling fixtures. The water heater provides hot water throughout the house as well as to the outdoor surf shower.

All the modern amenities! The kitchen is well-equipped: large refrigerator & freezer, gas stove & oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, plenty of cooking pots, pans, utensils, etc. A washer and dryer are onsite for your complimentary use, all you have to do is bring your own detergent. The property has fiber internet and is a great place to work remotely. It gets ~50mbps speed, which is excellent connectivity for the remote nature of Pavones as many local places get less than 10mbps.

You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes, and you can reach the world-famous Pavones Point surf break and excellent beginner-level breaks in 5 minutes by vehicle. On the property, you can hike to two private waterfalls, and have exclusive trail access to the Rio Claro river. Like many locations in Costa Rica, we recommend a 4WD high-clearance vehicle, as the roads in Pavones are not paved and there is a steep hill coming to the house. This is a lush tropical location, animal sightings are plentiful, and this is a birdwatcher’s paradise with 300+ bird species in the region!
